Answers about products, pack contents and ordering.
Frequently asked questions
What does a kit contain?
A kit is a box of 10 identical, unlabelled vials of the same product variant and strength. Product identification appears only on the outside of the kit packaging. It does not mix different products or strengths.
Does the mg amount apply to one vial or the whole kit?
The mg amount applies per vial. A kit with 10 mg per vial contains 10 × 10 mg, for a total of 100 mg. This describes the package contents and is not a recommendation for use.
What does quantity mean in the cart?
For kit items, quantity counts kits: quantity 1 equals 10 vials, while quantity 2 equals 20 vials of the same variant.
What quantity does the displayed price apply to?
The displayed kit price applies to all 10 vials. Any additional price per vial is calculated by dividing the kit price by 10. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.
Can I mix products or strengths within a kit?
No. A kit always contains 10 identical vials of the same variant. Select different products or strengths as separate kits.
What does the product image show?
The main image shows a kit with 10 identical, unlabelled vials of the same variant. An additional single-vial view shows label details. The kit’s 10 vials define the supplied contents.
Are solvents or accessories included in the kit?
The kit includes the 10 vials of the selected product. Solvents or accessories are included only where the product explicitly states this.
How is the content of liquid products stated?
The ml amount applies per vial. A kit with 10 ml per vial contains 10 × 10 ml. The selected product variant is authoritative.
Which product documents are available?
Check the information on the product page. For questions about specifications or available batch documents, contact us with the product name and, where applicable, the batch number.
Which delivery times and shipping costs apply?
Find the current information under Payment & shipping. The delivery options and shipping costs available for your order are shown at checkout.
Will an order already placed change?
No. An existing order remains subject to the contents confirmed there. Earlier individual-vial orders will not become kits as a result of the change.
Products & quality
What do you mean by research peptides?
Short synthetic amino acid chains for lab work, not end-user consumption. They help study biological pathways in controlled models.
What purity should I expect?
We typically state ≥99% by HPLC; MS identity data may be available. Deviations are documented per batch.
How is each batch tested?
Every batch is analyzed by an independent laboratory via HPLC before shipment. Purity, identity, and sterility are documented.
Where are products made?
At audited partners with GMP- or ISO-oriented processes.
Any fillers in the vials?
Default is lyophilized active powder without excipients unless the SKU states otherwise.
Can private individuals order?
Sales are RUO-focused. You confirm scientific use only at checkout.
Technical datasheets?
For most compounds we provide sequence, mass, solubility notes, and storage guidance on request or on the product page.
Why do prices differ so much?
Sequence length, modifications, purification effort, and batch size drive cost. Rare modifications cost more than standard tripeptides.
Support response time?
Weekdays usually within 24 hours, often faster.
Storage & handling
How do I store powder long term?
Dry, dark, ideally -20°C. After reconstitution keep 2–8°C and use soon; avoid repeated freeze-thaw of solution.
What does lyophilized mean?
Water was removed so the sequence stays stable in transit. Reconstitute with a suitable solvent before experiments.
Why not pre-filled solution?
Dry material oxidizes more slowly and is more robust in transit than pre-filled liquids.
Can powder be frozen?
Yes, -20°C is standard. After reconstitution prefer refrigeration over repeated freezing.
Short warmth in transit?
Hours at room temperature are common. Prolonged heat or light accelerates degradation.
When should I discard a batch?
Heavy cloudiness, color shift, or particles: do not use; contact support with batch ID.
Are vials vacuum sealed?
Sealed under controlled conditions to limit moisture and contamination.
What degrades peptides fastest?
Heat, UV light, wrong pH, and unsuitable solvents. Follow the protocol and storage recommendations.
Powder vs solution shelf life?
Lyophilisate often lasts months to years. Open solutions are much shorter lived.
Does every peptide dissolve in water?
Hydrophobic sequences may need buffer, co-solvent, or mild pH adjustment.
Shipping
Realistic delivery times?
Within Europe plan roughly 5–11 business days after dispatch.
International shipping?
Yes where import and local RUO rules allow. You handle customs at destination.
Tracking provided?
EU shipments usually include DHL or equivalent tracking.
Out of stock?
We notify you proactively. Choose refund, substitute, or wait for restock.
Parcel delayed?
Check address and tracking, allow normal buffer, then carrier or our support.
Damage in transit?
Send photos of box and contents; we arrange replacement or refund.
Change address?
Often possible until the label prints. Contact us early.
Visible content on the box?
Outer cartons are neutral with no peptide or lab branding.
Payment & cancellation
Payment methods?
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Revolut Pay, and SEPA via PCI-compliant providers.
How is payment data protected?
TLS sessions; card data stays with the payment provider, not in our shop.
Minimum order?
Yes. The minimum merchandise order is €70; shipping is not included.
Cancel before dispatch?
Unshipped orders can be cancelled via support.
Payment failed?
Try another method or contact support. Cross-border transfers may be held for review.
Do you store cards?
No persistent storage of sensitive payment data on our side.
Free returns?
No general return right on opened research material. Goodwill for documented quality deviation within 14 days.
RUO & responsibility
Is purchase allowed for me?
Check local chemical, drug, and import rules. We supply as RUO, not as a medicine.
Who owns compliance?
The ordering institution or person for acquisition, storage, and use in their jurisdiction.
Dosing or therapy advice?
No. Content describes research context, not human use.
Country-specific legal advice?
We do not replace legal counsel. Clarify import and use before ordering.
